When I switch it to Silent mode, limit the temperature to 70 degrees using Ryzen controller, turning on battery saver, switching to 60hz and decreasing the brightness all the way down

in a busy city, there's a lot of players and a lot of information that the cpu need to fetch, so it comes down to your cpu

In the latter case, the client won't send any network packets back to the server. At this point, the server thinks that you have unreliable connection and kicks you.

You're probably getting automatically disconnected because of high ping (iirc if you have over 200ms of ping during a given amount of time), if your internet is really slow maybe your ping increases when there's a large amount of players to display

So I have another problem with my TUF a15 laptop. Recently I had a windows update, after that, my GPU was disabled, but I enabled it again from Device Manager. I think it works fine now, it is recognized by the windows, has the latest driver installed, latest windows updates, but for some reason, when I try to enter in ETS or ATS, it's running only in 25-30 fps which is definitely terrible. Before that I was used to play at an average of 70-80 fps on high settings. I also checked to see if it's using the GPU and it's using it. I'm literally on the edge of a mental breakdown because of this *****laptop.

found an article of someone in 2015 with the blue screen error, he had a dump file that pointed to a driver related to the nvidia drivers

but it's most likely in the BIOS, cpu related voltage settings, XMP profile could also be the culprit

or something called intel turbo boosting

Maybe they aren't enabled... There's a software called WhoCrashed, that can read the dump files, you should install it and see if it finds any crash reports... If it doesn't, check if the minidumps are enabled (you should be able to find tutorials for that) and rerun WhoCrashed once you get another bsod

You can do a memtest as well, just in case

You should check your control settings. If you have assigned your steering wheel to digital controls while the game has already assigned steering axis to your steering wheel, your truck will suddenly turn its steering wheel to maximum possible angle after turning your steering wheel past certain point, which is usually the half of the range on either side. For 900 degree steering wheel, each side has 450 degree angle. 450 divided by 2 is exactly 225. @tacit garden

I believe that would work in theory, but it would have to be - xbox and laptop --> HDMI switch --> HDMI splitter --> TV's.

This could potentially have issues with quality/resolution and i'm not 100% sure you'll get signal on both TVs but it's worth a try.

It shouldn't be hundreds, but you would want to steer clear of dodgy amazon £4 options if you see what I mean. You will want one that bypasses HDCP as well I believe.

Looking online, it does seem to work but as I thought picture quality and FPS do seem to suffer a bit.

With my laptop, how bad do you think the FPS would drop? Currently I've only played Sims 4 and cities:skylines on it and they get around 50-60 fps on max settings until the thing heats up then drops pretty far, but I'll also be buying a cooling stand for it when I find a good one that isn't costly.

But that's 50-60 while also having stuff on one of my other screens and with like 2000 mods on skylines and just under 200 mods on Sims

If you get this PC I'd stick with either the corsair 16GB or the HyperX 16GB, and not mix them. If you mix them it could cause stability and compatibility issues.

if both are in budget then the i7 11700kf will be a better option performance wise. If there's a large price difference or you have other components you want to purchase than the i5 would be better as there isn't a massive amount of performance difference between them.

That will perform well, but not as well as the other option obviously. It would certainly be able to do 60 fps ets2 on relatively high settings but busy areas of TMP or other major AAA titles would probably struggle unless on low settings.

It's still a perfectly good option though

If that's an option within budget then sure, go ahead. I personally would do a little bit more searching around on sites like cash converters just to see. A lot of second hand retailers try to get rid of old stuck after Christmas so you might get an even better deal.

It's up to you on how urgently you want it and if you're willing to risk loosing this one to another customer 😉

My advice would be give it until Sunday and look for specs like these, you might not find any but who knows.

CPU: intel 7th gen or ryzen 1st gen and higher.

GPU: AMD rx 560/70 or Nvidia GTX 1070/1650.

Any with these options would be ideal but if you can't find any stick with your choice above.

Hello all.

Can someone help me, I just got euro truck simulator. I setup my wheel. I started the tutorial (pressing E to start the engine ect) & when its time to go I put it into 1st gear & then push down on the accelerator & it stutters (almost like its revving) & when it does it goes very slow, about 10mph & shifting gear doesn't do anything stays at 10mph.
I have remapped the wheels so many times & still the same outcome. I'm SOOO confused. I really want to play the game.

Even the best laptop specs will struggle to run busy areas in TruckersMP, I'd recommend looking for 3050/2060 super and above for decent performance. You can go lower but probably not on ultra settings or high scaling.

that kind of GPU is way faster than what would be recommended to run the game in itself, and you'll definitely end up at 100+fps in ultra quality, maybe even at 1440p resolution, but in areas where there are a lot of players it will still run at 10fps

with anything else running with the internet im lucky to get 4mbps

option 2, jurassic world evolution 2 is using to much internet and limiting my available bandwidth even though i use none of the online features and the game works without internet when i have my wifi turned off so i know it should work if its possible to stop its internet access.

Ah right I get it. The only way I know using Windows tools itself is using firewall but as you said you can't use that option.

There is a 3rd party app, Netlimiter, that would probably work but it does cost $30 for 2 years and it's subscription based. There is a free trial which would probably be long enough to get your app downloaded though.

i have this and it can could run lag free in Calais with a save edited b-double (not sure if the b-double has any effect or not being save edited but thought i'd mention that part just incase)

Not too sure, as with most companies they do seem to want card details before a free trial to catch you out into paying, but then it's a download button which may not. A prepaid card details I'm not sure about though, depends in how sophisticated it is I suppose.

sorry, yeah its an Acer Aspire 7 Laptop i got on sale on black friday, so she is still new but the game booster did help a lot! it gave me so much more fps..

i'm assuming it works like the iobot main software where it kills all the processes that aren't needed so its not sending data and infomation where it isn't needed while gaming, but like i said before, i just press buttons and let the programs do what they do best

but i'm not sure how this helped in any way, but when i stopped everything to do with windows default security and started only using iobit software it boosted the entire laptop when it comes to everything online, even google chrome runs better then it did with default security crap
