However, when you are making progress (delivering goods) on one, for example, you are delivering goods in ETS2 and you save in the middle of the trip and you want to move to TruckersMP, you cannot continue your delivery because there will be a difference in version so You will be asked to spawn in one of the cities

So make sure you complete the delivery first before moving from ETS2 to TruckersMP and vice versa

There's really no good way to answering that, other than trying to disable one by one and checking if it helps. Also I would go to each mod's page (wherever you took it from) and see if they're actually compatible with game version 1.50 as they may be just old and break things.

I’ve downloaded the Venus Scania NG Parts mod and also the PGRS Mod which is needed and I have placed the Venus mod above the PGRS one as stated in the description. When entering the game the newer gen Scanias have parts that have a strange pink to them on certain parts like the lights and the interior, I’m not sure what I’ve done wrong.
