there's mods on the workshops that let you do it, or you could try to save edit them which is way harder. just search truckersmp trailers on the workshop they'll pop up and enable one in single, go to truckersmp and play

The pink trucks is normal for AMD gpu users due to a TMP server and client update for April Fools. Also there has been no changes to ETS or Promods for them to be incompatible so it must be an issue with your setup somewhere.
