Briefing: I was unable to really do much of anything through qualifying. Everyone was just so monstrously fast and our Aerodynamics are A JOKE. However, thankfully it rained once more for the race and it made for a nice equalizer to be able to get nice overtakes on the Racing Point pair and also get on a pursuit of Sainz, though sadly I was unable to close the gap until the end. Valtteri had an extremely bad weekend. He qualified very high up, but he had to change his engine for the race, so he got a 10 Grid position penalty. This pushed him down to start the race right behind me on P13, and me pushed up to P12. And through the last leg of the race, he'd have gearbox trouble and have to retire from the race.

Briefing: A race to forget really. I was slow all weekend, and barely able to do the practices, though after some practice I could get at least okay qualifying pace. I qualified P14 but was able to fight on the initial lap to make several overtakes, before getting into a battle wiht both Sainz and Norris. Norris was relatively easy to pass, but Sainz defended that 8th like a demon. It took me several laps to finally get a chance for an overtake, and it ended up being on the turn past the tunnel. All and all, we were weak, and I definitely finished way better than I realistically shoudl have
Only thing that makes me happy is that Azerbaijan fits our car perfectly. We have the best engine right now, and I feel far more confident with the layout and the turns. Even was able to purple the tire practice

And while leading the race for majority of it, agasint Hamilton no less, I would sadly eventually fall victim to Bottas' power and just barely lose the race on the final straight. Still, very very happy with the result, as it is not only another podium this season, it is also a podium for the home grand prix

A great qualifying which accompanied me into a rainy start for the race, but eventually hamilton would just pass by and I could not keep up. My new Rival however, Leclerc, I was able to beat him thoroghly. But rhe real star of the show was Sainz' Smoooooth operatiooooon and his first podium this season
