Issue: I am the founder of the regiment "[MEXICO] | Primer Imperio Mexicano", but the management interface is missing.
Details: > * When I click on "View Members", I only see the list of players. The tabs for "Applications", "Settings", or "Logs" are completely missing.
I cannot promote, demote, or accept new members even though I am the Founder/Leader.
The management icon (shield) near the search bar does not grant access to administrative tools.
