I’m not able to see the cannon nor use the cannon on top of A point for coastal siege.

I have noticed that cannons have been buggy lately where you can’t see cannons, the cannon is destroyed but still shows in tact, and someone else will be shooting the cannon in spot then it will magically put the cannon and that person in a total new spot.

Cannon may have been destroyed - it disappears when it's been destroyed.

No it wasn’t destroyed. You could see in the video that someone was shooting it.
