Gunrunning and Beacon Hotel: can’t access most of the section while returning to Gotham

Beacon Hotel doesn’t let you access the room, and Gunrunning doesn’t let your get to the rooftop with Gordon and if you try you get stuck. There was another instance of Gunrunning I couldn’t record where you could get past, but the roof wouldn’t have any collision and you’d just fall through

I encountered the same issue, you have to back track from the area you exited the secret rat room from. I had to crawl back through the vent that was in that back ally area.
