Run the uninstaller named unins000.exe found in C:\Program Files (x86)\KYBER Launcher. If the issue still persists or you would still like to use KYBER let me know and I can attempt to help.

You could try making your entire Steam folder an exlcusion in your anti-virus, maybe KYBER made your anti-virus think that BF2 was a virus or something.

To do so, go here in your Windows settings: Settings -> Update & Security -> Windows Security -> Virus & Threat Protection -> Manage Settings -> Add or Remove Exclusions
