When I host a game with the BF+ modlist, bots do not spawn into the game. However if I use IOI 7.02 + the compabilitypatch instead they spawn. Any thoughts on what the issue could be or if I could try something else?

Yes I was just running BF+. Then I removed it and just ran IOI

Yes I did that and the game started, but no bots appeared in game
