The Proximity Chat switch on Kyber's settings can't be turned off.
Input/Outpout volume turn to lowest don't have any effect either.
I tried it ingame despite the screenshot.

I'm getting the same issue. It worked prior to my first time visiting a Kyber server, after that it stopped working, both in-game and outside of it.
