I just installed kyber 2 but im struggling to launch the game, it won't launch with or without mods! I managed to launch it 1 time though, but after a few seconds the game crashes and i get this error message.

Make sure neither BF nor EA are running in the background

I did what you said and restarted my pc and disabled ea from lanching at startup. Now the game actually launches sometimes with kyber still being open, however now I get this error instead. It's like 50/50 if it starts or not and when it dosen't the launcher just closes.

That means you're using a mod that's designed for use on KYBER servers only. You need to download the respective offline / Instant Action versions

The mod i try to play and have installed is bf expanded! Are you saying that the game itself when normally launched dosen't actually have specific kyber servers for online play? And that online is only playable through joining 1 of those servers in the kyber home menu? Which have like 1 player in them and none of them is with bf expanded mod. That means I have to host my own server that no one joins, which makes kyber completely useless for online play!

You can't use Battlefront Expanded on EA MP servers. If you want to play Expanded against/with other real players, you need to host or join a server. Keep in mind it's Christmas and KYBER hasn't been fully released to the public yet.
You can join the Battlefront Expanded Discord server, they might organise events.
