add a monument on yall servers where player can control weather
(i dunno how to make that but i thought that admin can change weather)
Reason : i want to do farming on random farming Noooooo

We can change weather but thats with console commands, And not possible to do automatically through a monument basically.

And people will just be annoyed if weather changes randomly.
