on cachyos, KDE plasma
i can install themes through the GUI and they show up with inconsistent success, but anything i manually install (by hand and with ocs-url) wont show up in the theme manager whatsoever

dont know what else to say because i cant find anything else out of the ordinary-
i've restarted plasma, made sure the folders were in the right place, dug around in the files to make sure it wasn't the themes that were just incompatible- and they dont seem to be wildly different in structure from the ones that work
and i installed a LOT of different themes to test
