#how do i change the default KDE wallpaper through the terminal WITHOUT a display manager

I'm trying to make a ubuntu-based distro and im trying to change the wallpaper, and it is NOT working. I've tried all of the ways that i can think of, like changing plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc. PLEASE HELP IM GOING INSANE

if you're in kde desktop environment then it'll change but if you're in a different windows manager and you'll try to change kde's wallpaper you won't be able to do that
