I would look at changing the run level or booting into a recovery drive and looking at logs, otherwise it's pretty hard to diagnose

diagnosis from windows or a different distro possible?
i got a ventoy drive with other distros on it just cant find fedora

attempt 1: ran live manjaro off a USB stick. tried journalctl and getting the error
File is neither a device node, nor regular file, nor executable

attempt2: trying to mount with a live USB of fedora prompts error

       dmesg(1) may have more information after failed mount system call.
mount: /dev/sdd6/mnt/boot/efi: can't find in /etc/fstab.```

have a sneaky suspicion something broke really hard. recall seeing errors on screen before a restart saying something about block issues.
