You haven't replied yet so we are probably in different timezones. I used to be a user of powertoys custom snap zones as well (im assuming that is the powertoys module you are referencing), and I've had great success with Hyprland. Its a tiling manager so it automatically tiles all your windows which you can then use keyboard combos to shuffle around or even just hold the Super key and drag around or resize. Very smooth.
Its a bit advanced but after installing, your Hyprland config is in /home/you/.config/hypr/hyprland.config, if you don't see the .config folder in your file browser, try pressing Control+H to show hidden files.
To make things simple, you can install "dotfiles" (customization files) from a github repo like ML4W, thats my goto reccomend for getting into Hyprland. The ML4W github has all the installation instructions if you're interested.
From there you can modify the configuration files to make any key combo do whatever you want to your windows.
