Trying too sideboot Win 10 and it doesnt even show the option to boot from CD ROM in BIOS, please help

Im using a win 10 install disc to try and have it as a second option, inside the filemanager theres no disk drive, i can see it in the disk settings (using linux Mint) but it doesnt let me use anything i put inside the disk tray.

the disk tray doesnt even open unless i use a paperclip but that might just be the age
