Besides presumably League and Chrome, are there any other programs that are 'corrupted'? Are you still able to use a terminal.

Corrupted: Visual Studio, Chrome, Edge, AudioTube, Spotify, Anki, gtkcord4, and a few others. All system applications are working (some that I installed as well, like Firefox, Sublime, and Telegram), the only default one I noticed having issues is the file manager, which is very slow and freezing.
