A couple of days ago I was using Pycharm and then I was pulled from my computer for something. Hours later when I returned the computer was not responding and the only thing I could do was a hard shut down (cutting power). Ever since then I have not been able to open Pycharm. It always displays an error message like this "Start Failed: Couldnt connect to already running IDE instance. Exception: Process 2 is still running". I've checked for running processes in the task manager and in the terminal and nothing related to Pycharm is running. I even re installed Pycharm twice and still no luck. I tried asking ChatGPT and it said something about deleting a ".Lock" file and another one in another one I dont remember from a certain directory but those files didnt exist. Any ideas?

So actually I got it to work now. I searched *.lock and *.name in file manager and moved everything to trash that was in a jet brains directory. I hope I didnt delete too much and it causes problems. I dont know what those files are and what they do but it is starting now. I took a screenshot of all the files in the trash bin. dont know if I can send the image to you
