MocaccinoOS uses Luet as a package manager, which is completely static and fully based on containers.
Your DE should also allow execution of arbitrary commands, through like Alt + F2, and from there, you can then execute flatpak to run the said installed flatpak apps, without needing to keep the terminal open.
