Hide Rares By Armor Type doesn't hide the new bases

I have set my filter to only ever show ES & Armor/ES bases, however it still shows me all the new bases e.g. Velour Boots (Screenshot 1). Even when setting it to the DANGER ZONE priority.
The rule seems to only work for the original bases. When I disable it, the Silken Hood is shown. I also set Silken Hood as T1 for proper comparison that it is unrelated to the Tier 1 rares rule.

the workaround helps, but it's kinda annoying and this is still clearly a bug
