#What are your Sanctum&Manifesto Impressions

Personally very hyped about the archnemesis Manifesto, sounds like endgame is going to become a lot more manageable and players can get away without running grace/determination/banner/100% suppression on every build
Thoughts?
What are your Sanctum&Manifesto Impressions
IMO the AN manifesto is all fluff, very little fundamentally changes with it
Well there are 2 fundamental changes:
- The lootgoblin-cull meta is going to change
- It seems monster difficulty level is going to drop significantly. Let's assume most mods will go from granting 2 effects on average to 1 effect on average.
Since mods often increased the difficulty multiplicatively, this is going to make a 4mod monster weaker by a major factor
no cull, sure, but mf remains overly important if they keep multiplicative rare loot mods
difficulty depends on tuning, they've indicated they're balancing mods to be basically as difficult as before
where did they indicate it?
in the faq maybe? or a tweet
It was in the FAQ that they are trying to balance the mods. But they indicated, that it was only the secondary mods that were going through that balancing, rather than all mods, due to the fact they were only secondary mods, they obviously had to be weaker under the old model, so makes sense they would be looking to make them stronger. Though despite that, often a single mod would have 2-4 effects or more, so a 4mod monster would potentially have 10+ effects on it. I don't see it being likely that a new 4mod monster with therefore only 4 effects, being on par. But I guess it remains to be seen
Guess they are referring to that recent post
the Faq seemed alright
but I have always found MF boring
the way I see it is that you could just remove mf and just boost item drops by what the mf would provide
wonder how this league will turn out though
when mf is multiplicative with monster mods, you can't just remove it and add it to the baseline
I agree that MF is an issue now, but at least it's an issue of a different nature.
You can now choose to ignore MF and while you'd score was less than your fellow MFer, his GamePlay doesn't have to affect your solo gameplay
they said they were undecided about it being multiplicative, if they decided it's not, it's not an issue at all
I am just looking at it from a solo perspective where rarity can get in the way of other modifiers and making rolling a good item more annoying. I have not engaged in red tier maps in years now. been finding it more difficult to play whatever skill I want and enjoy the game at the same time. Past 4 or 5 leagues have been just me playing the league to test the waters of the league mechanic, hit mid yellow maps and then normally stop after a week or 2. Waiting to either discover that one skill that I can just play for a league and have fun with it.
really bad
