Sounds harsh but it could be a simple as just cleaning up your bank. If you don't have enough spaces to hoard everything then you shouldn't be hoarding

as someone who has rarely used above 500 bank spaces at a time, and even rarer have used over 750, why?? lol
I do agree that there needs to be more places for storage like the inverted capes still dont have a cape rack storage, nor do weapons from ports, despite the armour having storage.
For me banks being full seem very weird to me, why do you need to keep everything? when theres so much that can be reclaimed, stored elsewhere or remade...
