How about making a Penance scimsaw and add it either as a unlock at Ports or to the shop in the Arc main Island, also make Vampyre Scrim work for all 4 combat styles
Yes it works for 4 hours, but it do have somewhat of a limited suply and would have less of a impact to the game than the aspects stacking with each other giving endless vamp + darkness or other combinations.

[[penance blood essence]] could work if it was buffed to actually be usable. Current issues with it:
Way worse at restore than penance powder which is itself worse than penance aspect
Makes you take more damage, unlike powder/aspect
Degrades very quickly
Competing for the pocket slot is enough of a downside; penance aspect taking the aspect slot is way less damage loss than penance blood essence taking the pocket.
