Hello, and thank you for clicking and reading my post :)
I'm EverspanKOR in-game, and I've been anxiously waiting for the Jan 19th update since I've heard about it some time back. I saw the 25th anniversary video and roadmap and I'm pretty darn excited.

I really hope to find such a lovely social and friendly clan to be a part of for the long-term. Would love to find a home/family that I can grow with for the long-term!
Honestly, a clan that's so tight-knit, full of lovely and friendly members that look forward to always seeing each other and chill together for group content and events (Spanning across multiple days at multiple different times including morning-evening would be awesome for a food service worker like me with a work schedule that isn't flexible), active in Discord channel chats not just voice chat, because I'd love to be able to communicate with others through Discord texting as well!

I tried to match the perfect vibe I'm looking for in a clan and hope I nailed it, it's something that's really important to me because being in a great clan that you love, makes motivation and enjoying RS3 million times better. So please, hear me when I say, I truly am looking for such a loving and friendly family, to be with for a very long time to come. RS3 is THE main game for me that I wish to find great friends in and be able to level up to end-game and do PvM content with in the future (I've always wanted to do a lot of bossing in RS3)

Hey @kindred pond I typically do our copy and paste recruitment thing with a small personal touch to it but I feel like your post needs to not be that. 😊

First of all, welcome back! I too, am excited for the future after seeing the video yesterday!

Mystic Vanguard has the vibes you’re looking for. We have a great family feel. Everyone really enjoys each other and looks forward to playing with each other in game. We have events everyday in all different times of day. And if we know someone has a particular time of day that works best, we try to host events at that time as well.

To answer your questions:

  1. The friendly/family vibe that you’re looking for stood out to me most because that’s exactly how our clan feels.
  2. I think your schedule and Discord preference works well with us. As we do have some people that vc but most of us have convos in discord day to day through just texting.
  3. I think that family vibe keeps people in our clan long term and the fact that everyone is so helpful. You can ask a billion annoying questions and people still will love you. (I did this yesterday about farming, things I should know… but didn’t)
  4. We have some awesome PvM teachers and offer events at all skill levels. We also can cater to specific people and do one on one sessions.

I own a clan called Echoes of Arcadia! Our primary goal is teaching all aspects of the game and helping our members grow.

There's no activity requirements, and we don't require any applications. We run PvM events and other activities every week.

To answer your questions specifically:

  1. I like how you took the time to make clear what you're looking for. As a clan owner I prefer to try to recruit people that are willing to put themselves out there like we do!

  2. We talk in our general channels a lot and periodically post in the IRL sections, so you should enjoy the conversation flow. Your schedule shouldn't be a problem as we have multiple timezones, so there's people around all hours of the day and night.

  3. Our community keeps our members around. I also think our very casual and relaxed environment gives people a sense of being able to relax around us without feeling pressured to be prim and proper.

  4. We answer questions, and if we can't answer it I always personally Google until I find out. We provide guidance on PvM, assess where you're at currently and give you goals to work towards. If you can't do a harder boss we don't mind helping you get kills at GWD1 or lower if you need it. Even those of us in end-game often need pets or logs from those lower bosses, so it's no big deal! There will always be something for everyone at EOA.
