genocidal on reaper tasks

Thoughts on making it so genocidal works on reaper tasks? If overlap with slayer task, whichever is greater, but not stacked

Probably unnecessary power creep, but I did think this was already the case when I didnt know much about the game. Could be good for the intuition angle.
