A T7 cit is ideal, but not a deal breaker if the homeworld is 9. I will help your (our) clan get to T7 by capping with whatever materials are requested.
I've been playing on/off for over 2 decades and am based in North America. My homeworld has been 9 ever since I first got membership. I don't boss much anymore because I am focusing on 120 non-combat skills. My total level is 3047/3302 and I have end-game mage gear.
I am not terribly social; although, I will help my clanmates if I am able to.

As a child, I wanted to win the Falador Party Room lottery and always spent time on world 9 as a result. I hope to find a clan that enjoys world 9 as well since it's always nice to see orange dots on my minimap even if just for a second at War's.
I never did win the Falador lotto, haha.
P.S. Whenever I am in a clan, I always use the clan's homeworld. I thought it'd be nice to find a clan from world 9.
