Allow customisation to skillcapes with a new interface. This new interface will allow us to select the various elements that make up the various variants of the skillcape.
For example allow us to select if we want trim or not, if we want hood, if we want the master variant or inverted.

Each variant would persist its unlock requirements such as needing a 2nd 99 skill to unlock trim, 120 to unlock the master and whatever is being cooked up for inverted eventually. (hopefully something unlockable in main game rather than some other mode).

Ontop of this change i also suggest removing all the physical items for the variant capes and condense them into just one which is then styled with the customisation. To keep the minor gold sink of buying the 120 cape we could instead buy some "enhancement shard" which then needs charging by doing some showcase activity (e.g. the woodcutting could be something like cut 10 of each log - similar to the way we charge up the moonstone for t100 hatchet but in a much smaller quantity) to add in a little interesting flair to unlocking the additional 120 perk rather than just a "yep, you bought the cape".

The way I see it is, you earn the right to customize your cape when you max. The skill capes are what they are. If you want one untrimmed, then you have to keep safe your first skill cape before you get your second 99.

It's already possible to add the hood to a normal skill cape, so I imagine it's also possible to remove the hood from a hooded skill cape. The inverted capes definitely need to be obtainable again, I don't think that it should be in the form of a tradable token because prices were ridiculous.

As for removing the physical items, that's just not going to work. Each skill cape has its own perk, some of the newer master capes have additional perks. Not only that, you're able to feed your skill capes to your max cape in order to grant the max case three of its own perks. We need the physical item for that reason.
