I think you'll find my clan pretty close to what you're looking for - we've got a helpful atmosphere to help you get back into the game. I had a four year break myself, came back last december, they helped me get up to speed fast - first thing I did was get my quest cape back though!
We've got a good mix of returning players, new players, all the way up to 5.8 trims that have been playing the entire time. Active through out multiple time zones, you'll always find people online.
