Doesn't really matter which server, joining a clan with aus members will mean more people will likely be online, though there aren't there's pretty much always a few people online in MI, you can guest in a clan chat to see how active a clan is during your prime hours
Closer servers offer better ping, but outside of some bossing, of ping is mostly inconsequential with skilling, but while we do have a homeworld, there is no requirement or anything to be on it, just an extra chance at spotting a clan mate in the overworld
