Okay. This really wouldn’t benefit everyone, however, hero items, excluding OSH, and HSR, are pretty useless, you buy them for the grind, whether it be 120 or 200m XP then you sell them. What if we gave the Mattock, and Tavia’s their own components (that they share, ex: Heroic Comps). These components could be used to form some of the BIS perks for Skilling. This would increase their value, making them even more rewarding if you get lucky enough to get one, and also reduce the ‘recycle’ effect, where Player A buys Item, gets 120 or 200m then sells item to Player B who continues the cycle.

Also, Tavia’s being one of the best looking items in game, unlike other tools, I think it would be neat to be able to put Dyes on the heroic items (excluding HSR obviously) then being able to put them in your tool belt with the dye. Imagine a Blood dyed or 3a dyed Tavia’s… 😮‍💨

You want new perks you can only attempt to roll by disassembling items worth 4 bil? Part of your reasoning is 'increasing the value of 4+bil items', by incentivizing people to remove them from the economy?

... What? Is... is 4 bil not high enough for you?

I'm... also not sure what a "BIS slot skilling perk that remains relevant at 200m" would look like? What kind of insane nonsense would you have to make it do, to make it worthwhile, when the opportunity cost is several bil?
