The Luck of the Dwarves ring is very costly to make, currently needing 50 fortunate components or about 75 million coins if you intend to buy it, doesn't provide particularly noteworthy combat benefits, and to top it off, takes up a whopping 200 monolith energy when it's sacrificed for a relic, making it annoying to choose other relic powers around.

Considering its limited impact on PVM aside from slight reward improvement, the comparatively expensive/long grind for the main component, and not to mention the fact that you could just switch to it just before a boss dies, or camp it while skilling where there aren't many competing rings, the LoTD relic should at least not require much relic power, making choosing the other 2 relics a bit easier.

On top of the effort that goes into making a luck of the dwarves AND the fact it takes up one of 3 limited slots, that's enough of an opportunity cost. Having it take up as much monolith energy as it does is just excessive
