Just a quick suggestion,
We have a jagex account,
We do have more characters at least most of us
Wouldn’t it be cool to have jagex account wide cosmetics and overrides?
For example i have an old account with old holiday items (2001 till 2010)
When i keepsake an item over there it would be great to have the possibility to use it on my main account.
Shouldn’t harm anyone and you still need to purchase a keepsakebox🎯

Although I’d wish for the day that cosmetics would be treated the same as how WoW does it, it wouldn’t be an ideal reality for RS3. Giving up supplemental revenue from cosmetics isn’t a good idea for Jagex

All Purchases Including Membership should be tied to Jagex Account, not physical Runescape Usernames exclusively.
Maybe this would stop Jagex's focus towards Alt Account Style Gameplay, and directly encourage players to be more engaging and less afk.

It really isn't much of a difference anymore, and these massive selection of alt accounts are genuinely harmful to the economy and integrity of the longevitity of the game.
I understand supporting AFK methods towards things; but some of these AFK methods are absurd to how much XP or profit they are.
If they made the game more interactive with these type things; they'd be more enjoyable for the community allowing a more sustainable growth

If having old holiday rewards on a newer account is your focus just wait for this yr / next+
It's extremely likely everything will return including scythe, grim hood and bunny ears
and every other discontinued untradeable after that
They were never originally intended to be discontinued and nothing has ever been stated that they can't return or should not under any circumstance so they have every right to return them at any time it does not harm those of us who own them
More people we get telling Jagex directly to return them the sooner it happens we already started doing it recently but that's not good enough they need to stop dizzy stick'ing around re-releases and just do it.

Imo this should apply to discontinued items or at least event items that are no longer attainable, or at least they should provide an option to pay to transfer these items if they really want an additional source of revenue.
