Hey, I'm Dan, I am once again getting the itch to play again, but maybe a new account?
A bit of background:
- UK based
- Maxed on RS3, few bil bank, quest cape (at least I did have one at the time) some PVM experience (peak of my powers - Zuk capes, solo Nex, NM Kerry).
- Quest cape on OSRS (same as above.), 60-80s in stats.
Why I left:
I feel as if I maxed way too quickly, suffered from burn out and was constantly checking item prices rather than just playing the game!
I tend to find group content a bit daunting out of fear of being a burden, in a previous clan, which is not that active now, I did a handful of ED2, Beastmaster and Aod, but this and my T90 Necro ED3 run was all carried effectively.
I then started on OSRS, joined another more active clan on that side, but got burnt out in efficiency scape doing Vorkath and the gameplay just doesn't gel with me as well as RS3.
What now:
I am feeling like a new start with an RS3 ironman might be my route back into the game:
Progress should be slower and more meaningful
I don't have to worry about market fluctuation
I will be 'forced' to do content including group stuff to progress.
What I would like:
I wont be jumping into bossing with a clan straight due to starting 'fresh' but that will be the goal and I'd like a clan which I could work towards learning all of PVM.
I like to chat a lot, Runescape without the social side isn't the same and achievements aren't as satisfying without it. I've not done much in terms of voice chat but would be open to this.
Once I'm back into the swing of things I like to be as helpful and informative as possible.
