It sounds like we'd be a good fit for you. We're mainly made up of UK/US folks and are a friendly bunch - come guest in our clan to see what we have to offer over at "Bank Standing"!
Don't be fooled by our name - we're a clan that focuses on building up the social and community aspect of Runescape with folks who are interested in every aspect of the game, whether you're a Lorehound, a skiller, a PvMer, an achievement hunter, etc. We have daily events that include minigames, giveaways, skilling events, and learner + late game PvM events. These are an easy way to hop into VCs and meet everyone! 
For example, we've got our weekly Croesus Event in 4 hours.
Most importantly, we have a wide variety of friendly players, some of which are 15+ year old vets, irons, maxed players, new players, and returning players! Everyone is always happy to chit chat, help each other out, go bossing, or skill together.

AbstractSlayers was founded on the principle of inclusivity and respect, I returned after 2 year hiatus and found that my clan of 5 years was done. I created this BECAUSE I was motivated by being tarnished and thrown out and ridiculed for not capping at the citadel or not following CLAN censorship politics or rules and this made me want to do something. Born with a commitment to creating a space where every member feels valued and accepted, regardless of their playstyle or personal beliefs.
