Books I would like added to poh bookcase that cannot be added:

• archaeology site invitations (quest flavor info)
• stone, slate, shale & granite tablets (Curse of Arrav)
• Notes a-j & k-z (Curse of Arrav, list of every Mahjarrat names & descriptions)
• Letter (Creature of Frenkenstein)
• borrowed books from menaphos library and the wise old man
• Tattered Scroll (Shilo Village)
• fliers

Among the many other readable things from quests im too tired to list

I would like to add the following to your list:

• Manual (Unstable Foundations)
• Roddeck's diary (Unstable Foundations)
• Tome of tracking (Kerapac Track)

Was about to make something similar, so I heavily support it. As a rule of thumb, if you can't get it after a certain point, and you can read it, you should be able to put it in the bookcase. That's what players build it for. Even if it's for something silly like the site invitations or a flier.

The letter from Creature of Fenkenstrain really does stand out on this list, though, as a lore document that's optional, but can only be obtained once, and you can lose it permanently? That's so odd, right?
