Specifically as something to mitigate the environmental freezing effects of places like the Asgarnian Ice Dungeon and Frozen Waste Plateau. Maybe one of the ingredients could be cinnamon from dramen branches, utilizing that item for more than as a quest?

Yes, we DEFINITELY need this! And it NEEDS to work for the frozen areas north of the Trolls too, 'cause that Ice Path in Desert Treasures, or even getting the Trollweiss or heading to God Wars dungeon is just... Not worth it; Seriously, I applied everything (from drinking Guido's and Heated Tea to summoning a Fire Titan and applying all the Spa waters) to mitigate those environmental effects and, in the end, it is just easier, if not cost-effective, to just ignore all these "cold" areas as unplayable dead content, IMHO 😑

Agreed! I don't think we need something that entirely cancels the effects of the cold (a la desert heat and the Crocodile Tears quest), but something that makes these areas reasonably survivable without too much grief
