please give ironmen who prevously said they do not want to remove ironman mode able to do so with the use of bonds even if its like 5 bonds it would be good for us

Ironmode is already removable for free. There should be no ingame or irl cost associated with this sort of thing.
If you make a decision to permanently stay as iron, then that's what you intentionally decided to do. Mr Ex makes it very clear and has several "are you sure?" prompts, so it's not like you can accidentally opt in.
The permanent iron feature was implemented to help prevent hackers from ruining your account by de-ironing it. If I got hacked, I would be grateful that they could not remove my iron status. That's one of the main reasons that the permanent opt-in exists.

...While I cannot understand the appeal of playing in Ironman Mode, I think there needs to be something a bit more excruciating, like an elaborate quest with a regularly randomized quiz aspect, to teach players the meaning behind "permanent" instead of a MTX/Bond-out-of-Iron-free option 🤔 ...Granted, I would not be against the implementation of a pay 5 Bonds option, but I don't think it goes far enough to reprimand foolish players who sign-up for nonsense like this in the first place either, IMHO 😑 ...Actually, I've changed my mind, based on the arrogance of others, and I fully support this now... 🤔
