I too am busy with school and stuff but the clan I have been in for a year now has been super chill about that. So I totally get what you are looking for.
We have many people of all sorts of social affinities. I think you would fit right in. We are laid back as heck. We consider ourself a community first and clan second. For us, the important thing is building up strong relationships through our common interest.
