Hi all! I am coming back to RS3 and just getting started on all the content that exists now. I have played off and on since 2006 but have not come back for any long stretch since I have been out of college. Hello! If you are still interested in joining a clan, I suggest you check out Dakiny. You can guest in our clan chat and see if it's what you are looking for. Most our active members play EST, although we have people from all over the world.
We are a welcoming community, where an atmosphere of camaraderie is nurtured by our members. We have people of all sorts of irl background and game experience. We are active on RS3 and Discord. We have a tier 7 citadel (where you can get 6% weekly XP bonus from). A lot of our members like to do PvM regularly, and many are happy to teach beginners. For example, I am not big on PvM but clannies and allies were able to help me get a handle on AoD, duo Raksha and other bosses! We do not require members to participate in events or cap the citadel. You can contribute to the clan as little as (or as much as) you want. I hope my little spiel encourages you to check us out 🙂
