Obviously, something chill without a lot of expectations from members is nice, too. Ideally with a few PVMers to get advice from other time, but hardly a requirement.
EDIT: To clarify - by “lore driven” I mostly meant that members have a generally shared interest in the lore of Gielinor and the stories of the quests rather than the commonplace apathy toward quests that seems to be prevalent in some RS communities these days.

Hello! If you are still interested in joining a clan, I suggest you check out Dakiny. You can guest in our clan chat and see if it's what you are looking for. Please note that not all of our members are fond of lore discussions, but several of us are (myself included)!
We are a welcoming community, where an atmosphere of camaraderie is nurtured by our members. We have people of all sorts of irl background and game experience. We are active on RS3 and Discord. We have a tier 7 citadel (where you can get 6% weekly XP bonus from). A lot of our members like to do PvM regularly, and many are happy to teach beginners. For example, I am not big on PvM but clannies and allies were able to help me get a handle on AoD, duo Raksha and other bosses! We do not require members to participate in events or cap the citadel. You can contribute to the clan as little as (or as much as) you want. I hope my little spiel encourages you to check us out 🙂
