I run The Iron Nation, one of the oldest and largest RS3 ironman clans. We're very active, with in excess of 100 clan members online during peak times and a very active clan discord, and we have ironman members at all stages of their journey, from fresh-faced newbies to post-trim, max gear accounts.
In terms of your specific needs, we have a lot of people who play both games (indeed, some of us have just started a new OSRS GIM), so we can absolutely relate both the OSRS mainscape and ironman experiences to RS3 and give you contextually-appropriate help. Our only requirement to join is being an ironman, and our foundational principle is inclusivity.
Timezone-wise, I'm based in the UK - we're not UK-specific but our most active hours tend to be approx 18:00-midnight UK hours. Some of our European clan members are slight degenerates so PvM often continues into the wee hours as well.
If you want to join, the best thing to do is guest in the clan and ask for an invite - anyone with Corporal+ rank has permissions to invite you.
