separate Conjure and Command abilities

so Conjure can be put in Rev bar for maximum uptime, and still allow manual use of Command.

Even better, do something like Magma Tempest and keep the combined option for those that actually want it for wahtever reason.

yeah, combined works for skellie and ghost, not so much for zombie

I'd say ghost is situational.

Some times, you want sustain and don't need the single target dps boost. For example, afk grinding.
