Necromancy gear is weird.

you cant buy or sell the materials to craft it
you cant use the armor till you completed the task to unlock crafting it
AND you cant equipt the armor unless you've crafted it before.

I like the first two being a thing, but the last part makes no sense.

requiring untradeable items that you have to grind yourself to assemble the armor makes sense. it values lower level players who mass collect and process the components.
requiring you to complete the killi tasks to be able to craft the armor makes sense. its good progression and unlocks to access the gear.

but, the requirement to craft every peice before you're allowed to equipt them makes no sense.
the armor is tradeable. why would anyone bother buying the armors if you have to have crafted the full set to equip it? it would make significantly more sense if the armor was usable once completing the killi tasks.
doing so would make armor crafting a viable good money maker for people who enjoy doing rituals, and would let players who have the gold to buy the finished armors skip a step of crafting it for themselves, just getting the requirements done.

it makes no sense for the armor to even be tradeable if you're required to make each set before you can equip it, why bother even buying armor if you already have to make your own set?

it should either be untradeable, or remove the crafting requirement to equip them.

if you have the level, and you completed the tasks killi gives you to be able to craft them, you should be able to wear the armor without having to craft your own set

#

or dont make it tradeable.

Making it untradeable would be my preference.

100%. Either that or make them untradable.

ok wow it gets wierder

#

you can buy t80 armor, and upgrade it to t90, and wear the t90 gear

#

without ever crafting the gear below it

i have never crafted a t70 or t80 deathwarden tank armor piece, and i bought a t80 and crafted it into t90, and can now wear it
