given how ineffective transmuting tends to be i think this'd be fine
it should clearly use both incandescent and elder divine energy though

Sounds good to me! I don't think Elder logs should become a common boss drop or anything, but transmutation? Totally fine.

i don't really care about this suggestion much, but i hope its obvious that the typical log transmute ratio of 3:1 would not be okay when it comes to magic to elders
