that kinda the point of the suggestion. peoples that never played runescape when they launch the game are totally lost
adding a small introduction to every skill or a guide section with details and advise like runescape wiki but ingame would change a lot for new players

aside of that, the wiki does contain that information, and is available.
i'd assume you'd suggested them to take a look at it, given that you introduced them to the game

thats exactly the point of what i am saying. the guys is a smart one. and he was completly lost finding the game way too complicated and spend like all his time on wiki and asking question for 3hour straight every 30second. thats the reason of the suggestion...

if information overload is the issue (which is understandable) the only advice that works, is the tell em to focus on 1 skill, quest or path for now
no rush to go anywhere, let them enjoy the ride
and if they don't enjoy their current objective, they can just switch path
having said that, if they got a rat slayer task, they already completed multiple tasks, or skipped out on things
