2 different slots one is normal headslot which we use today for helmets, masks, and such that would cover the head. The other slot would be outer headslot for things such as hats, halos, horns and possibly hoods. I think this would be a great idea that would allow people to take fashionscapes to a whole new level. I know with my current fashionscape I would love to use one of the fresh world halos or legendary horns if those horns are ever brought back. I realize this would require work and changing the slot of certain items but it would be great and allow for future outer head slot items to be easier to add with this implemented.

I mean that is more or less subjective to what jagex chooses to call it, but you get the general idea of what I'm aiming for with this game suggestion.

I use flaming skull currently and I feel legendary horns also equipped would be amazing with this. If not allow patchy pirate to combine legendary horns with flaming skull physically to create this idea. Also would open other opportunities.
