I run a large social clan called The Iron Nation, where the only requirement to join is being an ironman. We have plenty of irons at every stage of their journey, from players in the early game to post-trim, max gear players.
The best thing to do is guest! 'The Iron Nation' in-game, then if you want an invite, just ask!
