I basically used the wiki's 'click to highlight' thing on the list of enchantments, but this REALLY should be in-game.

This 100%. In fact including all of the permanent equipment upgrades would be great (eg, dark onyx core products, Nodon cannon upgrade kits)
Perhaps have it in the achievement interface some where, like Unlocking Expertise for the abilities.

I was just thinking this after using my first one. If i ever took an extended break, i may forget and waste gp on rebuying one I already have. This problem is much worse for ironmen too for obvious reasons

Adding to this idea: We need a new tab, maybe under "hero" next to loadout with all passive effects, with greyout/lock icon for the ones you don't have (like happens with abilities). And like the tittles tab, it could say where/how you unlock it.
