Looking for an active Eu based Social/pvm clan

Been trying to revive my old main - slowly moving up the PVM ladder with Solo HM kerapac being the hardest content I'm currently able to do/tried. I'm looking for a place where i can ask for advice when I eventually hit a wall, as well as make new friends to try out the group content with.

Currently I'm able to sink a lot of hours into RS but that changes come September, so a place where there aren't huge mandatory activity requirements (Like a strict xp quota or citadel capping) would be ideal in the long term.
